For wheelchair users

We have reserved a section for guests in wheelchairs at every venue. If you are a wheelchair user and would like to purchase a ticket for one of our events, please contact our customer service via email at ticket@affilitix.de.

VIP-Tickets

If these are available, VIP tickets are listed on the ticket page of the respective event. There you can also see which additional services are included in the tickets.

Box office

For inquiries regarding tickets you can contact the box office on days on which events are taking place via phone from 11 am to 9 pm. The box office hotline is 0152 51918442.
